       On June 23, 2026, teachers and students from Xi'an Shiyou University visited ZEKEEP Technology, embarking on an in-depth industrial educational tour. This was not just a standard visit, but a vivid practical experience centered on smart manufacturing and industry-education integration. At ZEKEEP Technology, the faculty and students witnessed up close how "intelligence and digitalization" empower the traditional manufacturing industry.

      This educational tour was structured around the mainline of "On-site Visit + Practical Experience + Tech Sharing + Interactive Q&A," allowing students to transition from theory to the frontline and immersively experience the entire process of industrial robotic arms—from R&D and production to application.

13:30-14:00 Stepping onto the Frontline: Witnessing the Precision Magic of Equipment  



For the first stop, teachers and students arrived at the third-floor equipment area to closely observe demonstrations of robotic arm loading/unloading operations and CNC automation equipment. Engineers provided on-site explanations of the practical applications of robotic arms in precision processing, automatic loading/unloading, and automated production. This intuitively demonstrated how automation improves efficiency and guarantees precision, seamlessly connecting textbook knowledge with industrial scenarios.

14:00-14:30 Uncovering "Smart Manufacturing": Visiting the Assembly and Production Workshops



Subsequently, the group entered the assembly workshop and production site. They closely observed the entire process of robotic arm hardware assembly, calibration, debugging, and factory inspection, learning how an industrial robot is born from individual parts to a finished product.

After visiting the hardcore production lines, the teachers and students moved to the multimedia classroom and stepped into the role of "programmers."


Under the guidance of engineers, students gained hands-on experience in writing programs for robotic arms. Through simple drag-and-drop interfaces and code input, the initially static robotic arms began to execute specific trajectory movements and actions according to commands. This "what you see is what you get" practical experience made complex industrial algorithms tangible and accessible, creating an enthusiastic atmosphere in the room.



16:30-17:00 Expert Sharing: Engineers Deconstruct Application Scenarios On-Site

   


Following the practical experience, Mr. Peng, Manager of the Technical Department at ZEKEEP Technology, delivered a thematic presentation on robotic arm application scenarios. Integrating the company's actual case studies, Mr. Peng explained how smart robotic arms accomplish complex tasks in areas such as handling, sorting, production line delivery, and intelligent inspection.
