The ZK-bot301 is a desktop 3-axis / 4-axis open-loop stepper motor robotic arm powered by an STM32 controller, designed for robotics education, material handling demonstrations, and secondary development projects.
The robot supports multiple motion trajectories including point-to-point movement, linear motion, and trajectory interpolation. It integrates both joint coordinate and world coordinate systems, accurately simulating the control logic of industrial robotic arms.
Whether used for robotics training in universities, automation teaching demonstrations, or small production line simulations, the ZK-bot301 provides a stable, professional, and easy-to-use robotic platform.
We provide customized robot solutions according to specific customer requirements, including hardware configuration and application customization.
Mechanical Gripper Handling
With interchangeable grippers, the robot can flexibly grasp different types of objects and materials despite its compact size.
Vacuum Suction Handling (Up to 1KG)
Supports external vacuum pump systems. By replacing suction cups, the robot can easily pick up and move flat objects weighing up to 1 kg.
Trajectory Demonstration & Drawing
By attaching a pen, the robot can draw precise square trajectories on a flat surface, visually demonstrating motion planning capabilities.
4.3-inch Industrial Touchscreen
Equipped with a 4.3-inch TFT industrial touchscreen, providing an intuitive graphical teaching interface without complex programming.
Comprehensive Motion Instruction System
Built-in 9 motion instruction modes, including:
Joint coordinate motion
World coordinate motion
Linear motion in world coordinates
Joint offset control
World linear offset
These commands allow precise position control and speed adjustment.
Large Program Storage Capacity
Supports up to 50 teaching points, with 3 operation recipes, each supporting 50 steps, allowing flexible automation testing and operation.
Repeatability up to 1 mm
Designed using industrial robot motion principles, with position fine-tuning via the touchscreen interface.
Hidden Cable Routing Design
Internal pneumatic tubes are routed through a hidden wiring structure, creating a clean and professional appearance.
Dual Coordinate System Switching
Supports quick switching between:
World Coordinate System (multi-axis coordinated movement)
Joint Coordinate System (single-axis movement)
The robot displays coordinate positions and speed status in real time.
Rich IO Interfaces
Standard configuration includes:
4 DI inputs
4 DO outputs
allowing easy connection to sensors, actuators, and other external devices.
Production Line Collaboration
External IO signals can trigger robot actions, or the robot can output IO signals to control external equipment, enabling multi-robot coordination and automation production line simulation.
